Discipline

What is your definition of discipline? Was the origin of your definition a tough father, task master teacher, coach, mentor, higher ranking military person?  To be in the industrial machinery domain one has to have discipline to keep up with the hectic ever changing pace of development.  My experiences of working with the demanding bosses and clients makes it a challenge to be a business leader.  We have the utmost respect for those out of the military that had to learn discipline the hardest way possible.  I feel it is tough to serve others without discipline. Good enough is what will exceed their expectations not your own.
